Terms of Participation

How to be accepted

• Please send in your application to:

• Applications must include the following information: First name and surname, date of birth, exact address with zip code, e-mail, speciality (instrument), name of school or college, repertory which the Applicant wishes to improve at the course, selected Tutor.
• Entries will be accepted on receipt of a 100 - deposit, payable no later than 15 June 2010, to: Agencja Koncertowa "Warszawscy Wirtuozi" BPH S.A. Bank, Division in Warsaw, ul. Walcownicza 14,04-921 Warsaw, Poland account number: PL 801060 0076 0000 3260 0070 3960 SWIFT CODE BPHKPLPK. On receipt of confirmation of acceptance for the course, please pay the rest of the fee to the same account.

Fees and Accommodation

Accomodation in guest houses - rooms (2, 3 or 4 beds) with bathrooms plus full board: Foreign Participants 500 euros.
Adres pensjonatu "Oblasówka": 24-123 Janowiec Oblasy.

Participants who wish to arrange their own accomodation and meal should do so as quickly as possible. It is very difficult to find rooms and meals in Janowiec and nearby Kazimierz, which can be reached by ferry, in high season.
